The soft eraser can be used to adjust, lighten certain areas or erase with precision, while the blender helps to soften strokes for a variety of textured effects.
Conté à Paris stamps are made of rolled paper with two points at each end, to spread the deposits of pencils, charcoal or pastels over a drawing. They can be used to blend, i.e. soften or shade, details or large areas of colour.
These blenders are available in three sizes:
- 120 mm long and 5 mm in diameter.
- length 129 mm and diameter 7.5 mm.
- length 135 mm and diameter 9.5 mm.

Using advice

The soft eraser simply presses the coloured powder onto the paper, leaving no trace or dust.
It needs to be kneaded a little to warm it up before use.
It can be used to treat large areas as well as details. In fact, you can shape it as you wish and adapt it to your design.
The eraser becomes darker over time due to the absorption of pigments from the pencils. It also becomes hard over time, so once it's completely hard, throw it away.
